In den 1920er Jahren gab es einen F\u00e4hrbootdienst, der dann in den 1950er Jahren durch die Kennedy-Br\u00fccke ersetzt wurde.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: nod;\">2009 wurde durch die Vision eines gro\u00dfen B\u00fcrgermeisters von Malgrate, Giovanni Codega, das Projekt des Architekten und Landschaftsarchitekten Stefano Santambrogio realisiert, welches die Seepromenade des Ortes grundlegend ver\u00e4nderte und das Image von Malgrate neu gestaltete. Es wurden keine Eingriffe an den Fassaden der Wohnh\u00e4user und Gesch\u00e4ftsgeb\u00e4ude vorgenommen, die ihren Stil ver\u00e4ndert h\u00e4tten.
